What are your prices?

That, of course, depends on what you want. Please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to give you prices for whatever you need:  lessons, translation, voiceover etc.

Do I have to prepay for lessons?

No. Unlike some companies who will make you pay for a whole course and then not worry whether you take your lessons or not, you only pay for lessons you actually take with us. Of course, you are welcome to prepay if you wish.

Do you teach complete beginners?

Yes, of course! You can start with absolutely no prior knowledge whatsoever.

Do I need to buy textbooks?

Not at all. All your lessons will be sent via e-mail, together with vocabulary lists, audio files and exercises – all included in the price.

Do you only use one method for teaching?

No. The method we use will take you up to the level of FCE. Once we're sure you have reached this level of competence we offer courses to suit your particular needs. Whether you're a busy Health Professional, an accountant or a marketing manager – we can help!

What do I need to study online?

All you need is an internet connection, a Skype account and a headset with a microphone.

How will I receive my lessons?

All lessons, vocabulary lists, audio files and homework exercises are sent to you via email.

How do I pay?

Via bank transfer. Please contact us!

How can I be sure my translation is correct?

We are a fully-registered translation agency with the Bulgarian Ministry of the Exterior. All your text will be double-checked by a native speaker before being sent to you.

Do I need to commit myself to a long programme of study?

Not at all. You're free to stop whenever you wish. We understand that people have busy lives and their circumstances can change. Some students choose to have a break and then continue their studies with us.

What happens if I'm too busy to take my lesson?

Things happen – we understand. As long as you let us know, we'll do our best to re-arrange your lesson – free-of-charge.

Will I receive audio lessons?

Yes. Audio files will be sent to accompany every lesson – all included in the price. So you'll be able to brush up your language while driving to work, out strolling in the park or curled up at home with a glass of wine.

Can I study 'face-to-face' if I wish?

Yes of course. We're right in the centre of Sofia, so we're very easy to find.

Are there any age limits?

No. We're happy to teach all ages.

Can I see references to make sure I can trust you?

Yes, of course. Please contact us and we'll be happy to put you in touch with some of our clients. We think they're our best form of advertising.

Do you teach groups?

Yes we do. If you have a small group of friends or colleagues with whom you'd like to study then let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Will my teacher be a native speaker?

Generally yes. Most of our lessons are taught by fully-qualified native speakers. If, however, you would prefer to learn with someone fluent in your language then we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How intensive are your language courses?

That's completely up to you! Some students take lessons every day whilst others only have time to work with us once a week. Obviously, the more lessons you take the faster you'll learn.

Do you work at weekends?

Yes, we do. We're ready to help, seven days a week!
